Inventory control and stock reports received at end of each month enable the following data to be obtained:

• Sales made through each sales centre each month.
• Sales made from a catalogue
• Sales made at an event
• Sales made from individuals
• Sales made through a library each month
• Fees made through screenings each month
• Sales figures for any particular item
• Total sales in any month
• Value of stock on hand in any centre in any month
• Number of any particular item sold in any month.

These reports are required for EVP viability assessment, auditing purposes, annual reports and reports to Yoram Weis.
